Once you have applied, we will review your application and secure any additional information needed prior to sending your paperwork to the Board of Directors for approval. This includes photos of damage (for Short Form Applications) and receipts (for Long Form Applications).
Applicants must be active NextHome broker/owners, agents or staff on an office roster at the date of the disaster. There is a limit of one application per person/household per year. For agent or staff applications, the Foundation requires franchise owner sign off. Note that the Short Form Grant applications must be received completed in full and include photos within 45 days from the date of the disaster, and the Long Form Grant applications must be completed in full and include receipts within 365 days from the date of the disaster. The primary office must have paid their annual contribution to the Foundation.
Within two business days of the receipt of the completed application and all required documents, applicants will receive notification of approval and the amount of the grant, or notification of regret. Although the application may meet the grant criteria set forth by the Foundation, this does not necessarily mean that the grant will be approved.
